A Word from Our Founder
LandSkyAI Family,
September was a big month for us in terms of publicity and marketing. As a company, we made the decision early on to be conservative and frugal with our marketing spend, only investing when we felt the time was right. That reflects how I run LandSkyAI. I was never focused on the hyper growth expectations that usually come with a startup. I believed that if we methodically built a very effective core team, business model, and IP, we would be ready for rapid organic growth once we pressed the right buttons.
After experiencing a surge in demand and interest in what we do, we realized the timing was right to announce ourselves to the market. Alongside our close partner, Sunflower Labs, we had a prime booth position at this past month’s GSX, which I believe is one of the two premier security events in the world, along with ISC West. I also gave a presentation at the conference titled “How Managed Drone Operations Perform in the Field.” It all came together for a very successful show. It was amazing to talk confidently about where we came from, the hard work we’ve put in over the past few years, and the fact that we can deliver what clients expect.
The show coincided with another milestone: we passed 100,000 BVLOS missions flown on the Sunflower Labs drones we operate. That is pretty amazing! Our team is gaining more experience every day off of this, which allows us to comfortably add new systems to our operations base.
We are also expanding our partnerships as we continue working toward a complete turnkey drone and robotics package for end users. Our announcement of a partnership with Brecourt Solutions for indoor drone response is a great example of that.
Overall, it’s a very exciting time. As we enter the last quarter of the year, the entire team is feeling the energy, and I’m excited to see what additional value we can provide to our customers.

Looking Back at GSX 2026
GSX 2026 is in the books, and it was a strong show for LandSkyAI. Alongside our partner Sunflower Labs, we spent three days at Booth 3007 talking with people from every corner of the security world about what a fully managed drone security solution looks like in practice, built on the Sunflower Labs drone-in-a-box system.

Security professionals and leaders: teams from around the world asking what it takes to deploy and operate autonomous drone security at scale
Industry professionals: people across the broader security landscape looking at where autonomy fits
Integrators: partners exploring how to bring fully managed drone programs to their own clients
Manufacturers: hardware and technology companies interested in how the pieces come together in the field
The Booth Pairing up with Sunflower Labs made for a great booth. Seeing the drone-in-a-box hardware next to the fully managed service that runs it gave visitors a clear picture of the whole solution, and it led to some of our best conversations of the week.
The Session Our CEO, Jake Shild, presented “How Fully Managed Drone Operations Perform in the Field,” giving attendees an inside look at what it takes to build a successful drone program. The session was a big success, and the questions that followed carried over to the booth.

Swarm Updates
We’ve made a series of updates to the LandSkyAI Remote Operations Swarm platform. They expand what the platform can do and make our operations more efficient at every site we serve. Some of the changes are on the client side and some are on the operator side.
Updates for clients
You still get the flight data, performance metrics, and alerts you already rely on. The latest updates add more detail and context to each of them.
More contextualized alerts: Alerts now carry more context, so your team can understand what happened and respond with confidence.
Complete operational data: You now receive data on missed flights as well as successful ones. Every operation comes with its full details, so you have a complete picture of site activity.
More flexible reporting: Reports can now be delivered daily and weekly, in addition to monthly, so you can get updates at the pace that suits your team.
Updates for operators
We’ve also made improvements on the operator side of the platform. They increase our capabilities and streamline how our teams run flights, which supports more consistent, efficient operations across every site we operate.

Better context, fuller records, and reporting on your schedule give you a clearer view of what’s happening at your site and what’s driving it.

SkyGuard just hit a number that would have sounded ambitious not long ago: 100,000 completed flights.
